THE STREET CLEANER is a short film by Perpombellar Productions, a digital film studio located in Savannah, Georgia. In the movie, prostitutes are disappearing from Savannah's Historic District.  As police hunt for a serial killer, the local media fuels the city's fear.  Jamie, a heroin-addicted streetwalker, doesn't imagine that she could be next. She could also be dead wrong.

This May, THE STREET CLEANER swept the awards at Coligny Hilton Head "Shorts at the Beach" Film Festival, winning Best Film by Jury, People's Choice Best Film, and People's Choice Best Topic. We screened twice during the Atlanta Underground Film Festival and were chosen "Best Local Short" among the 80 films in competition.

These are festivals #5 & #6 for us.  Come and join us if you can!

THE STREET CLEANER PLAYS AT THE CHARLOTTE AND BOSTON FILM FESTIVALS!

THE STREET CLEANER played to captivated audiences at the Charlotte Film Festival Sept. 7 and twice at the Boston Film Festival Sept. 16 & 17!  We attended Charlotte and had a wonderful experience: great films, enthusiastic audiences, and an incredible crew for festival staff. Nathaniel headed to Boston the week after and was our point man on the ground fielding the Q&A session after the film, meeting other filmmakers, and talking about our movie in general.
